Rumor: Rogers Wireless Finally Doing The Right Thing!

There is a rumor in the iPhone community that Rogers Wireless (CANADA) is finally going to do the right thing and introduce a 500MB/month for $30/month data plan for their customers.

Rogers customers deserved a plan like that from the outset. I certainly hope that Rogers does come thru with a decent plan like that for their long-suffering customers. As an AT&T customer in the USA, I did not have to endure the previous outrageous terms that Rogers foisted upon Canadian customers, who did not have an alternative. However, I have been deeply saddened that any wireless provider would exploit their customer base in such a manner.

I have to agree that there is something wrong when the companies are only out for money and do not care about the customer unless it is regarding getting their money.
