How to change message centre number?

I have an unlocked iPhone in Latvia. All works fine except one thing. When im sending a message i get a reply message from my operator to change message centre number to xxx.

So basically the question is - How to change the message centre number? Cos i really couldnt find any sms settings on iPhone.
