Anyone know what phone symbol with 7 dots mean?

Hi everyone,
Recently a phone symbol with 7 dots next to it appeared in the upper right side of the status bar on my phone. Does anyone know what this means and how to get rid of it? Thank you.

it means you have TTY enabled on your phone settings

Go to Settings --> Phone --> If TTY is ON then you will get the symbol.
