Sync new iphone?

I need help. I have my iPod and iPhone synced to one computer. That computer died. I now have the new 3G iPhone to set up. How can I get the new computer sync'd with my iPod and and retain all the info from the old iphone?

If you dont have your old computer you cant retain your songs into the new iTunes.
