| weightlifting app
What is the best iphone app to basically log fitness and weightlifting related goals, without too many restrictions i.e able to add exercises etc. So I would be able to log one week say Squats 3x5 - 250lb Bench Press 3x5 - 200lb Deadlift 3x5 - 300lb bodyweight - 190 Thanks for any help! |
