PC as Hands Free Device

Is there an application available that will allow a Windows PC (Vista) to be a hands free device for the iPhone? Obviously, if the iPhone is connected to my wireless network or even sitting in my docking station, I would think I should be able to answer and initiate calls from my PC, and to use my PC speakers and microphone as hands free devices... Does anyone know of an application like this?
