How to sync one way (PC to iPhone 3G)?

I want to sync only one way, pushing Outlook and other files to my new iPhone 3G. The two-way sync has really messed up my PC's Outlook contacts, etc. Please advise how this can be done. The Apple and iTunes Web sites are mute on this topic.

How Long Have You Worked With Daylite?

Hello,

I am very interested, if you wouldn't mind sharing, how long you have been working with Daylite and what your assessment of Daylite is for your firm.

What pluses and minuses do you encounter? Would you suggest that others buy it, also?
