the only thing you can really do to get video recording is to jailbreak your iphone and get cycorder or another video recording program.

You can take videos after jailbreaking your iphone with "ziphone" and then you go to a third party multimedia app called "video recorder" on your iphone and once you have that installed it, it will want you to donate but just click "continue evaluation" then you can make great videos with minutes of recording.
