I think, bluetooth is a must and also car recharger as well as USB port.
I think USB/bluetooth is already announced to be coming...

USB would be needed to receive songs from your computer, and bluetooth has already been announced.

who knows, some time in the near feature, Apple will come up with an answer to that my introducing Bluetooth in iPods.

I would like to have a nice case for the new iPhone, not a silicone case; something that's transparent (maybe not a crystal case because it's quite heavy) so it could protect but also doesn't change much the cool look of the new iPhone.
