The first apple store i went to, they said since it was my fault then theres nothing we can do. i was extremely pissed off that they didnt give me the time and day or even any consideration. All she told me was that i had to pay 249 to apple to fix the problem. So i went to a different apple store, told another genius the same story, and with no questions asked he gave me a replacement and sent mine off. i guess it just depends on whos helping you. all in all apple service is great if you get the right person to help you. | |
