Custom Ringtones confirmed for iPhone
Instructions on how to add custom ringtones to your iphone have now been released.

For Mac users:
Hack the iPhone - Ringtone installation instructions

For Windows users:

This is great! Now I have another reason to switch from T-Mobile (not like I needed another reason.) The iPhone still continues to impress me and this feature is only helping with that!

Yes, it's a "feature" which we weren't supposed to have though. Apple are being pretty tough with locking down the iphone.
