iphonewallpapers.com does forward to this domain name, so its a possibility.

Ya wish he would talk with us about these domains, and maybe hook some of us up or talk to us about forwarding our domains to make apple happy, or other ways to make them happy I am fine with working things out with apple, just need to know what will make them happy.

Ya sure not having a iphone domain would make them happy but lets be real here, if I did not have them someone would so getting me to act responsible with them in their eyes would be best if u ask me

Just doing a search pulls up a bunch of iphone type domain names so will Apple try to go after them all? It's actually good publicity for them so I don't see why they would want to.

I think the us trademark rules and domain names should be separate. Is Apple going to start to take down streets named Apple Ave and similar for Trademark infringement?

It's a slippery slope when trying to determine what infringes and what doesn't. They may go after some domains but not others. If they ignore some and not others, can those then say well why did they go after me and not them. I dont own any iphone names so I have nothing to worry about.

I was just checking ebay for domain names and there seems to be a bunch of people trying to sell iphone type domain names. Some of them don't even make sense. It's like they just threw iphone in front of every word they could think of.
