miketout, I don't see the "alternate stream" link anywhere. The video does not play on my iPhone because its Safari browser does not support Flash.

Intelliot,
Thank you! In fact, we shouldn't be showing you a flash browser. If you have just another sec. The alternate streaming link should have pointed you to this: Streaming Link

Does that work for you?
Thanks,
Mike

Nope. The iPhone does not support the rtsp protocol. When I click that link, it says: "Safari can't open the page because the address is invalid."

If you can somehow just embed the video on the page in QuickTime format, my guess is that would work. (The videos on Apple.com work.)

Thank you again! Enjoy your phone. We should have it worked out in the next couple days if it's a technical issue.

U really think this is just a “technical issue” I really do hope so, I have a few guys working on it as well. I am kind of thinking it might be until the 12th before this MPEG4 stuff really starts to work, and it will be easy. So I am still a bit worried about paying allot of money to have scripts written.

Do U guys really thinking embedding the videos are going to be the only way to offer them? This is not my favorite way because most viewers really don’t like it for more that Yahoo Ads or something.

Would love any information on these formatting and conversion issues, I Sooooooooooo want to open a Iphone site

OK, I believe the video should work now, and if it does, all videos shared by anyone through the service will. Could someone give the same RHCP video a try and let me know? It's worth waiting through the few seconds of test bar at the beginning, but if you see that, then it works.
