Sending Photos To Other Cell Phones

What is the Best App. to use to send photos from my iPhone to other cell phones? And why can't we receive photos on our iPhones sent by others from their cell phone?? I LOVE my new iPhone. I had a problems with mine and had to send it back, and they were so fast about it and took care of the problem right away. I had my new iPhone back in a week. Great Phone.

I use the e mail programme to send photos from the photo library, i also have an app called "mms" from the app store which allows you to send (at a cost) and
to recive for free via the internet, i think this problem will be addressed when the new v3 software hits. hope this was of some help.
